Responsibilities
Assist Project Architects and Managers as needed.
Engage in the project documentation process.
Produce site plans and contract documents according to building codes and zoning regulations.
Contribute to conceptual design studies and graphic presentations.
Participate in construction administration and site visits for local projects.
Work on core/shell and interior projects.
Qualifications
Accredited Architecture degree.
On track to licensure.
3-5 years of experience working in an architecture firm.
Experience in multi-family projects or a diverse portfolio of commercial and core/shell projects is preferred.
Proficiency in Revit for producing construction documents in an architecture firm.
Experience with schematic design and drafting.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with SketchUp and 3D Studio Max is a plus.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr.
