As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Global Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Finance team, you will partner with the R&D function to support FP&A activities. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for R&D initiatives, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Responsibilities
Finance advisor and business partner to multiple R&D leaders, supporting end‑to‑end financial processes. Consolidate financial data from global stakeholders and ERP systems; provide regular performance summaries to R&D leadership. Develop Annual Strategic Review (ASR), annual budget, and quarterly forecasts for R&D. Lead month‑end activities, review financial outputs, and analyze performance against plan. Maintain monthly outlooks to assess risks and opportunities. Coordinate BB and MMS submission timelines and deliverables. Ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness of all deliverables and analysis. Support cross‑functional alignment between Finance, R&D, PMO, and Commercial teams. Drive process improvements within the MMS FP&A organization. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5 years of finance experience with exposure to manufacturing, cost accounting, or similar operations. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience in SAP or equivalent ERP system. Strong analytical and project management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self‑motivated, proactive, and culturally sensitive.
