Sr. Analyst, Consolidations
to join their team. The ideal candidate will have their CPA, experience with a large company and clients and experience with consolidations or other technical areas like SEC reporting, debt, derivatives, comp and benefits or technical accounting.
The
Sr. Analyst, Consolidations
role is an onsite position. This is a client direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly and quarterly global financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Ensure proper elimination of intercompany transactions and accurate foreign currency translation.
Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to investigate and resolve consolidation-related issues.
Support external financial reporting requirements, including SEC filings where applicable.
Assist in internal and external audits, providing required documentation and analysis.
Identify opportunities to enhance consolidation processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and consolidation processes.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems (e.g., HFM, OneStream).
CPA certification.
Experience in a multinational or publicly traded company.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
