Job Description To support its growth, Sia Partners is recruiting a Data Architect Manager with strong expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Engineering and excellent client communication. You will join the global Data & AI capability and focus on data assignments across business domains in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of Data projects, working across several clients in the US.

Collaborate with Sia Partners’ US Data & AI Leads, Business Units teams, and Data & AI centers from other locations to develop proposals for potential opportunities.

Identify opportunities to expand Sia Partners’ Data & AI offering to existing clients.

Build and maintain external professional peer networks to drive new revenue opportunities.

Support marketing campaigns, contribute to external positioning across social networks, work on blogs, and develop Sia Partners’ assets, including methodologies and tools.

Lead recruitment initiatives for the Data & AI team, advise on market positioning, and support the operational and career management of Data & AI consultants.

Mentor colleagues in performance and development, facilitate learning, and enhance the team’s technical knowledge and consulting skills.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in consulting, financial services, fintech, or similar environments.

Proven experience applying Data Architecture solutions to multiple business domains, e.g., financial services.

Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams, preferably in a consulting environment.

Expertise in Data Modeling, SQL, Python, cloud‑based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and at least one of the major data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, BigQuery, RedShift).

Excellent skills conveying complex technical information in simple terms to various stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion within tight deadlines.
