Compensation $400,000 yearly
Responsibilities
Ensure all work is compliant with infection and infectious diseases control standards; office policies and procedures; and safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines
Implement and coordinate preventive dental care treatments such as flossing, fillings, sealants, x‑rays, and fluoride applications, and cosmetic dental services such as whitening when indicated
Issue referral for the client to dental specialists, such as pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, and periodontists when appropriate
Manage dental hygienists, associate dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, and communicate with support staff regarding patient care plans
Determine and diagnose oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems including root canals, surgical extractions, cleanings, and restoration
Qualifications
A minimum of two years of dentistry experience in clinical or private practice is required
Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications are required
Possess strong bedside manner, and great communication skills
A Doctor of Dental Surgery/DDS or Doctor of Dental Medicine/DMD degree from an ADA accredited dental school, and a Bachelor’s degree are required
Years of experience working with restorative cases & surgical procedures
