Position Purpose The Product Management Sr. Manager is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent focused on assessing market needs and inspiring cross‑functional product teams to deliver value quickly. This role owns the strategic Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Management System (CMS) roadmap and drives the creation of quality products that enable creatives and marketers to build and launch content efficiently for marketing ads, campaigns, and media tools.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning (40%) – Define product vision, align feature sets across teams, prioritize updates based on financial impact, set metrics, and influence enterprise technology roadmaps.

Delivery & Execution (30%) – Lead product development, review performance, resolve cross‑team issues, and ensure delivery of high‑quality products against enterprise goals.

People Leadership (30%) – Mentor, coach, and grow a world‑class Product Management team; conduct reviews, foster collaboration, and advocate modern software development practices.

Travel Requirements

Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Physical Requirements

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about; rare occasions may require moving or lifting light items.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

6‑8 years of relevant experience, at least 5 years in marketing technology (MarTech) platforms, specifically DAM and CMS.

Proficiency managing complex vendor relationships and contract negotiations for enterprise MarTech platforms.

Mastery of modern software product management practices and leading complex product roadmaps using agile methodologies.

Mastery of identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value, including content performance, creative velocity, and asset utilization/governance.

Proficiency guiding junior team members through Product Management fundamentals.

Mastery of working in a fast‑paced, fluid environment where priorities shift regularly.

Proficiency communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels.
