What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Perform log analysis to detect anomalies and safeguard sensitive data
Monitor data exfiltration points using data loss prevention tools
Apply Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) techniques to analyze insider threats
Document findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve detection tools and processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience
At least 5 years supporting a cyber insider threat program
Minimum of 3 years' experience with cybersecurity tools for insider threats
Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Insider Threat specific training/certifications such as CERT Insider Threat or CDSE
Industry certifications in information security or technology (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
Experience collaborating with teams in Privacy, Legal, and HR
Familiarity with Operating System, cloud access, and web proxy event logs
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
