Position Summary The

Packaging Designer

will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing innovative, brand‑right packaging solutions that elevate our products on the shelf and support business objectives. This role partners closely with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure packaging meets functional, aesthetic, and cost requirements while aligning with retailer specifications and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities Packaging Design & Development

Create compelling, on‑brand packaging for apparel, accessories, home, and pet products from concept to final production.

Develop dielines, mockups, and 3D renderings to clearly communicate design intent.

Ensure packaging designs meet functional requirements, sustainability standards, and cost targets.

Brand Alignment & Consistency

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across multiple product categories.

Collaborate with Marketing to ensure packaging supports product storytelling and drives consumer engagement.

Production Execution

Partner with sourcing teams, vendors, and printers to ensure print accuracy, color fidelity, and material quality.

Review and approve pre‑production samples, proofs, and press checks to ensure design intent is met.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work with Product Development, Sales, and Operations to ensure packaging meets timelines and retailer requirements.

Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of packaging design experience within apparel, consumer products, or retail preferred.

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; 3D rendering software a plus.

Strong understanding of dielines, structural packaging, and print production processes.

Core Competencies

Highly detail‑oriented with strong design and typographic skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Ability to balance creativity with business needs, timelines, and budget requirements.

Preferred

Knowledge of sustainable packaging trends and material innovation.
