Overview
We are seeking a Data & Analytics Program Manager to drive the successful execution of enterprise-wide data and analytics initiatives. This role bridges business priorities, technology delivery, and governance standards, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale data and analytics programs. Define program scope, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy. Partner with business leaders, data engineering, governance, and analytics teams to align program objectives. Ensure initiatives comply with enterprise data architecture, governance, and security standards. Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocations for maximum efficiency. Proactively identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and elevate as needed. Track KPIs, OKRs, and business outcomes to ensure programs deliver measurable value. Communicate program status and outcomes to stakeholders and executives. Qualifications
7–10 years of program/project management experience, with at least 3–5 years in data & analytics or technology-focused programs. Proven success leading large, cross‑functional initiatives in dynamic environments. Strong knowledge of data governance, data architecture, BI, and analytics concepts. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models. Financial and vendor management expertise, including budgeting and contract oversight. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, Confluence, or PPM. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks). Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, SEC, FINRA). PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP). Benefits
