Location:
We are hiring primarily remote team members for this role, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York City, or Minneapolis areas. While the role is primarily remote, you may be asked to come into the office as needed for in-person collaboration or team events. At this time, only candidates currently living in one of these locations will be considered. We’re currently unable to consider candidates outside these areas or offer relocation.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and cross‑functional teams to drive Growth Marketing and User Acquisition initiatives.
Strategically partner with media buyers to analyze channel‑level data, identify growth and optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
Proactively improve campaign performance by translating data trends into concrete recommendations for media buyers.
Monitor and safeguard user acquisition events and key performance metrics, maintaining the data pipeline and identifying bugs.
Own Marketing Measurement Strategy, managing attribution models (SKAdNetwork, offline lift models, view‑through, etc.) and uncovering new measurement opportunities.
Lead cross‑functional processes for pushing event and data privacy technical changes.
Who You Are
Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
Extremely strong attention to detail.
Data‑driven decision maker with strong quantitative skills.
Self‑starter who improves team efficiency and builds new processes from scratch.
Proficient in BI software (Excel, Tableau, Mode) and familiar with SQL, JavaScript, Python.
Excellent project management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Proactive, follows up when issues arise and leans into ownership.
Curious, enthusiastic, and passionate about quality.
Nice to Haves
Experience with subscription or health and wellness products.
Experience managing data security and/or health data privacy.
Experience with Segment and Amplitude.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations and Analytics.
Salary and Benefits
Calm uses a geographic pay model. For this position, the base pay range is $140,400 – $214,500. The base pay range represents the low and high end of Calm’s salary range for this position. Exact salary will ultimately depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. This role is eligible for equity, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), and flexible time off.
