Overview:

WWE is seeking a highly creative and motivated Associate Producer to join our branded content creation team. This role offers an exciting balance between field producing/directing and post‑production editing, ideal for a passionate storyteller who thrives both on set and in the edit suite.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development, field production, and post‑production of branded and promotional video content.

Direct and produce shoots with WWE talent and crew, ensuring creative and logistical success.

Edit projects using AVID, maintaining strong storytelling, pacing, and brand voice.

Collaborate with producers, clients, and internal partners to align creative vision and execution.

Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Assist in all stages of production — from concept through delivery — ensuring quality and consistency.

Required to travel of to 50% of the time, including occasional short‑notice assignments.

Skills & Background Required:

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Film, Television, Media Arts, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience producing, directing, and editing content across television, digital, or branded platforms.

Hands‑on experience directing talent and crews in the field.

Proficiency with AVID editing software and strong understanding of production workflows.

Excellent storytelling, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative mindset.

Experience shooting camera is a plus.
