Creative Marketing Strategy/Communications Senior Associate
Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and creative thinker to join our Creative Strategy/Marketing & Communications team.
Our team is responsible for creating strategic and relevant content to pursue exciting new projects across the country, develop marketing and communications materials that engage clients, stakeholders, and employees, and implement the brand and value proposition across all content and platforms.
We are searching for a dynamic Creative Marketing Strategy/Communications Senior Associate to develop and implement engaging content that brings our brand to life.
The Creative Marketing Strategy/Communications Senior Associate will help develop visual, written, and multimedia content for a multitude of uses, including proposals. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven, with strong graphic design, writing, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and create high-quality written and visual content for RFQ and RFP responses/proposals, internal and external client and stakeholder newsletters, company news and press releases, corporate marketing materials, award submissions, corporate website, social media, event planning, etc.
Ensure all communications uphold consistent corporate brand standards in visuals, writing, and tone.
Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media content management and management of Edgemoor’s external website, ensuring content is engaging and accurate.
Assist with department operations, including vendor processing, payment, and maintaining project tracking systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to gather support for communications initiatives.
Execute content strategies that advance Edgemoor’s brand awareness.
Lead and support proposals, and support people and culture initiatives, such as planning and coordinating corporate outings and conference events.
Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in communications or marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field.
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Premiere Pro a plus.
Command of visual design principles to create appealing and effective communication.
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading skills with strong command of English grammar and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience with web design platforms (Squarespace, Drupal) is a plus.
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Ability to work as part of a full team but remain independently motivated.
