Job Title
Lead Web Application Developer (C#, .Net)
Location Irving, TX
Salary $140,000 - $150,000 per year
Job Details Work Schedule: 100% on-site, M-F. Pay Rate: $140k-$150k/yr + 10-15% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits.
Responsibilities
Write well‑designed, testable, maintainable code that adheres to project plans and industry standards.
Build RESTful services using C# and .NET Core.
Construct and optimize LINQ and SQL queries to ensure data integrity and performance.
Work as part of an Agile Scrum Team, contributing to team goals and supporting fellow developers.
Provide coaching and guidance to less‑experienced developers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Serve as a hands‑on coding expert delivering solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure timely delivery of tasks and actively participate in sprint planning and reviews.
Must Have Qualifications
7+ years of experience developing web applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
Proficient in .NET, C# Core, LINQ, Entity Framework, SQL.
Experience with at least one web framework (ASP.Net, Laravel, Spring Boot, Ruby, Flash, Django, Express.js).
Preferred Qualifications
Frontend experience with Vue.js or Bootstrap.
