Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Security Engineer with hands‑on experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to support cybersecurity initiatives within a Fortune 500 enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, configuring, and maintaining secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, ensuring alignment with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to implement CyberArk‑based PAM solutions, manage privileged identities, and continuously improve the organization’s security posture. Key Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and maintain CyberArk PAM solutions (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, EPM). Manage privileged account security and implement least privilege access controls. Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, Windows, Linux, and enterprise applications. Perform ongoing system maintenance, patching, and performance monitoring. Develop and maintain security documentation, playbooks, and procedural guides. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement and upgrade IAM technologies. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with access management policies. Provide off‑hours or on‑call support as needed for critical systems and deployments. Support incident response and remediation efforts involving privileged access misuse. Required Skills/Education

7+ years of experience in information security or IAM engineering. Hands‑on expertise in CyberArk (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, or EPM). Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles. Proficiency with Active Directory, LDAP, and Windows Server environments. Experience with IAM integration, security hardening, and access control enforcement. Working knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, or similar). Excellent documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work onsite in New York City and provide off‑hours support as required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications such as CyberArk Defender/Trustee, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
