Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

The Commercial Real Estate Attorney position is a diverse and challenging job which requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a clear commitment to commercial real estate transactions as their career path and will be well-organized, diligent, thorough, receptive to learning, desiring to grow, and possess good research skills and a positive attitude. The position offers candidates the ability to work in a collegial work environment as part of a transaction team of attorneys.

The primary responsibilities of the Commercial Real Estate Attorney include, but are not limited to the following:

Advising clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, multi-family, office, and commercial retail properties;

Drafting/negotiating/reviewing commercial real estate contracts, closing documents,

leases, and related financing documentation;

Managing transaction closings and performing legal due diligence;

Building and maintaining productive working relationships with clients.

1 to 5 years of complex commercial real estate transaction experience.

Must have passed the Georgia bar exam and be licensed in Georgia

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school
