About the Role We’re seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist with a strong hands‑on engineering background and deep experience in AdTech, Video Tech, or SDK platform integration. You’ll lead implementations of Genuin’s SDKs and APIs with enterprise partners — working closely with customer developers, product teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth, scalable, and high‑impact deployments. This is a hybrid role based in New York, working closely with our product and engineering teams in India, bridging execution across time zones while representing the voice of the customer.
What You’ll Do
Lead end‑to‑end SDK and API integrations across iOS, Android, Web, and React Native environments.
Partner directly with customer engineering teams to design and implement Genuin’s SDKs within their tech stack.
Work across AdTech and Video Tech systems — understanding media delivery, ad rendering, tracking, and creative activation pipelines.
Translate complex product capabilities into clear, actionable implementation roadmaps.
Own post‑launch monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning across client integrations.
Collaborate with internal Product, Design, and Engineering to feed customer feedback into the roadmap.
Build reusable technical resources — FAQs, best practice guides, API walkthroughs, and troubleshooting playbooks.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client technical leads — helping brands unlock incremental engagement and monetization through the Genuin platform.
What You Bring
5–10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or SDK‑based SaaS integration.
Proven engineering foundation with hands‑on proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Swift/Kotlin, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
Prior experience at or working with AdTech, Video Tech, or SDK Platform companies (e.g., programmatic tech stacks, OTT streaming, or mobile SDK integration).
Solid understanding of video streaming workflows, ad delivery logic, identity/auth (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and data flow optimization.
Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and multi‑timezone collaboration (U.S.–India).
Familiarity with analytics & measurement frameworks (GA4, Mixpanel, Segment, MMPs) and basic DevOps tooling (CI/CD).
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiences alike.
