A private equity backed energy company is hiring for a GIS professional who thrives on solving complex spatial challenges and seeing their work directly impact large-scale energy infrastructure projects, including the delivery of power solutions to data center projects.

You will play a key role in supporting business development, engineering, and operations through advanced geospatial analysis and mapping.

What You’ll Do

Create high-quality maps, visualizations, and geospatial reports to support decision-making across development and operations.

Manage and maintain GIS databases — ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across multiple projects.

Conduct route planning, site selection, and facility research for new energy infrastructure developments.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to define spatial data requirements and project deliverables.

Stay current with the latest GIS technologies and implement best practices to improve workflows.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ experience in GIS, ideally supporting energy, utilities, infrastructure, or O&G projects.

Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, QGIS, and related mapping tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
