About the Role:

The Forklift Driver at our Kapolei Facility plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of materials within our non-durable goods manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating forklifts to load, unload, and transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies to designated locations in a timely manner. The role demands strict adherence to safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace for all employees and to prevent damage to goods and equipment. The Forklift Driver collaborates closely with warehouse and production teams to support seamless inventory management and production flow. Ultimately, this position contributes significantly to the overall operational efficiency and productivity of the facility.

Minimum Qualifications: Valid forklift operator certification or license. Minimum of 1 year experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Ability to read and understand safety instructions and operational procedures. Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, standing, and operating machinery for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in non-durable goods manufacturing or similar industrial environments. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software. Additional certifications related to workplace safety or equipment operation. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic mechanical skills to perform minor forklift maintenance. Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to move materials between storage areas, production lines, and shipping/receiving docks safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks, ensuring that goods are handled carefully to prevent damage. Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in safe working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly. Maintain accurate records of materials moved and assist with inventory counts as required. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
