Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy

Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success

Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends

Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team

Creation of industry-leading proposal responses (RFP, RFQ, Bids)

Design and execution of compelling graphics and on-point content for use in email blasts, print collateral, client takeaways, interview presentations, and conferences

Production of banners, backdrops, theming, and RFP collateral

Planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, events, social media or content marketing

Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral

Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management

Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice

Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs

Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports

Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing

Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills

Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing

Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports

Must have a high level of creativity

Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

Support the President in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives and planning and organizing promotional presentations

Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion

Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists

Integration of technology into physical and digital media, AI expertise
