Job Overview – Senior Accountant – 33913
We’re seeking a
Senior Accountant
to play a key role in our clients growing accounting function. This role supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, prepares consolidated financial statements, and ensures compliance with GAAP. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with GAAP
Support accounting for capitalized software, leases (ASC 842), intercompany activity, and renewable energy projects (ASC 606)
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, payroll, legal, and operations to ensure accuracy and consistency
Assist with external audits and maintain accounting policies and procedures
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Support special projects and technical accounting documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
CPA required
3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience with NetSuite
Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time
