The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects, aligning with project requirements and client expectations. This role will lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Your role in our team
You will lead end-to-end project execution, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources from initiation through closure, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project, track progress, forecast resource needs, and analyze data to support project planning and execution You will monitor and manage project budgets, analyze expenditures, forecast financial needs, and address deviations to maintain financial integrity You will identify and manage scope changes, assess impacts on cost and schedule, and communicate changes effectively with clients and internal teams You will serve as the primary client contact, handling all external communications, technical documentation, customer updates, and coordination meetings You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, finance, EHS&S, procurement, contracts, and customer service teams to align project goals and execution You will oversee procurement and vendor management, including specification compliance, material tracking, and coordination with Supply Chain for timely delivery You will translate contractual and technical requirements into actionable deliverables, providing leadership and clarity to engineering and project teams You will manage project risks and issues, lead mitigation planning, escalation paths, and ensure proactive problem resolution across departments You will ensure safety and quality compliance, working closely with site safety managers and environmental teams, and drive continuous improvement through performance reviews and lessons-learned evaluations Your profile
You have obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related technical field You have gained 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management roles Your advanced degree or certifications, such as PMP or Six Sigma, are a plus You are proficient in project management tools, including MS Project, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite You have proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects in material handling, logistics, automation, or warehouse/distribution environments, including scope, schedule, and budget ownership Youhave a strong understanding of system integration and technical project execution, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependent processes You have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, mentor teams, and build strong client relationships You demonstrated adaptability and change management skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments; effective under pressure and skilled at adjusting strategies as priorities shift You have strong financial and analytical acumen, including cost forecasting, budgeting, resource planning, and data-driven decision-making You are committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with experience navigating matrixed and multicultural team environments and engaging stakeholders effectively You can travel 50% Eligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
