We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our WMS team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing best‑in‑class Blue Yonder WMS solutions that meet complex business and customer needs across CJ Logistics America.

What You'll Do: You will serve as the lead technical and functional consultant for our Blue Yonder WMS solutions, bridging the gap between customer requirements and system capability. Your focus is on successful, timely delivery, and optimal system performance.
Be the lead technical / functional consultant for our Blue Yonder WMS solutions across CJ Logistics America.
Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder WMS, leveraging industry best practices.
Act as the functional liaison with key stakeholders (customers, Project Managers, Consultants) to ensure successful solution delivery.
Apply deep domain knowledge to configure and deliver WMS solutions that meet customer requirements.
Analyze complex business needs outside the standard scope and identify solutions that minimize customizations.
Conduct and/or guide system integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment.
Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure customer satisfaction and successful time-to-value.
Lead Technical and Functional Upgrade projects to keep our systems current and supportable.
Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support to broader IT teams and staff.
What You Bring to the Table:
6+ years of specific experience working with Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems is required.
2+ years of consulting experience is preferred.
Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering is preferred.
Strong technical acumen of WMS systems (Blue Yonder, Korber, Manhattan, etc.).
Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution functional concepts.
Strong business analysis skills, including the understanding and usage of statistical algorithms and inventory optimization concepts.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations for all levels of audience.
This Role Requires the Ability To:
Stand and walk in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled for hours at a time.
Be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends when traveling.
