Wilmer, TX As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol automotive-related locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence and routine patrols contribute to a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. This is a driving post, so a valid driver’s license is required. Tue 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Wed 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Thur 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You’ll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto location and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly with team members and/or site management regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities. Assist visitors, employees, and/or customers with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence. Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols while performing assigned duties. What We’re Looking For

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
