A well-established, multi-doctor veterinary practice in the Brandon area is seeking a
Lead Veterinarian
to guide its medical team and uphold the highest standards of patient care. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced veterinarian ready to step into leadership or for a doctor eager to grow into a medical management role with strong mentorship support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide medical guidance and oversight to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on professional growth
Mentor associate veterinarians and technical staff to support their development
Partner with practice management to maintain medical and operational excellence
Manage a diverse caseload and deliver exceptional client service
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary college (or equivalent)
Active veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Dedication to mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement
