Job Description Key Responsibilities
Summarize and analyse syndicated data to extract meaningful insights, trends, and translate findings into actionable updates.
Manage and enhance market research dashboards to enable ongoing insights and performance tracking.
Develop and implement comprehensive market research strategies aligned to business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated market insights supporting marketing campaigns and business strategies.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
Design and conduct primary and secondary market research (PMR & SMR) studies, including collaboration with consulting partners as needed.
Synthesize and connect internal and external data points to build holistic, data-driven analyses to support decision-making.
Conduct digital marketing analytics, providing insights to guide digital marketing efforts.
Skills
Analytical skills, strategic thinking, and strong project management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with market research tools.
Experience with platforms such as Hootsuite and Brandwatch. Mandatory technical skills: PowerBI, QlikSense, Google Analytics, MS Excel, and SQL.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in market research within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
Proficiency with market research methodologies, data analysis tools, and statistical techniques.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
