* Bachelor’s degree.* Two (2) years of related experience.* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and databases.* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to be able to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner with different populations in person, telephone, and email.* Attention to detail.
