Responsibilities
Plan, configure, implement and support scalable, and secure network solutions to meet business needs. Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements for legacy systems. Manage, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and cloud-based networks. Oversee configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Implement and maintain network security protocols, including firewalls, intrusion prevention/detection systems (IPS/IDS), and VPNs. Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, such as PCI. Skills/Must have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise-level networks. Advanced knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (e.g., VLAN, STP, VTP). Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security tools (e.g., Cisco preferred). Salary
