Senior Director – BPS Solution Architecture NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Director – BPS Solution Architecture – Remote (Hybrid) to lead next‑generation BPaaS solutioning and shape the future of Business Process Services.

Role Summary As NTT DATA evolves its Business Process Services (BPS) into AI‑native, agentic, outcome‑driven ecosystems, this role sits at the heart of that transformational growth. The Senior Director – BPS Solution Architecture will be responsible for solutioning next‑generation BPaaS (Business‑Process‑as‑a‑Service) deals where intelligent automation, composable services, and scalable digital platforms converge to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve the global BPS architecture strategy aligned with the organization’s AI‑driven transformation vision.

Lead and mentor a team of senior architects to create modular, composable, and reusable BPS components across domains.

Act as a trusted advisor to the Global Head and executive leadership, influencing solution strategy, go‑to‑market positioning, and investment priorities.

Drive architectural governance, ensuring scalability, security, compliance, and quality across all BPS offerings.

Architect end‑to‑end BPaaS solutions combining process, data, and technology infused with intelligent automation, analytics, and agentic AI.

Design microservices‑based, API‑first architectures to support agile deployment, integration, and reusability.

Lead the development of architecture patterns, frameworks, and reference models for process transformation initiatives.

Partner with sales, pursuit, and delivery teams to shape winning solution responses for large, complex BPS deals.

Present architectural vision and value realization frameworks to CxO‑level stakeholders during pursuits.

Assure architecture integrity and adherence to defined principles from design to delivery.

Conduct periodic architecture reviews, audits, and optimization assessments to drive continuous improvement.

Build reusable assets, accelerators, and blueprints to shorten time‑to‑market and improve solution quality.

Collaborate with internal R&D and innovation labs to industrialize IP, develop prototypes, and scale successful pilots.

Represent NTT DATA’s BPS practice in industry forums, whitepapers, and innovation showcases.

Basic Qualifications

15+ years in Business Process Services, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Architecture roles; 5+ years leading solution or architecture teams.

Proven success designing large, multi‑domain BPS or BPaaS solutions across industries such as insurance, healthcare, or financial services.

Deep understanding of process transformation frameworks, outcome‑based models, and value realization strategies.

Strong expertise in cloud platforms, automation, AI/ML integration, data orchestration, and workflow optimization.

Excellent executive presence with strong storytelling and influencing skills across technical and business audiences.

Success Metrics

Win rate improvement for large BPS pursuits through innovative architecture design.

Increased adoption of modular, reusable frameworks across engagements.

Reduction in time‑to‑solution and delivery cost through standardized patterns.

Quantifiable client outcomes: improved efficiency, accuracy, and ROI enabled by architecture.

Internal IP/innovation contributions, thought leadership visibility, and architecture excellence.
