This executive leader will communicate opportunities and build consensus, as well as drive operational programs focused on innovation and growth. This position works with respective business units, SEA leadership, and headquarters in Suwon, South Korea.* Sponsor approaches that encourage efficiency, from developing and/or enhancing processes to implementing systems with the goal of driving synergies and building efficiencies.* Lead regular C-Level executive reporting and strategy sessions* Demand Forecasting & Analytics: Develop data-driven demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional impact analyses* Sell-in & Sell-out Optimization: Track sales trends across channels to refine inventory planning and maximize sell-through* Promotion Plan Integration: Evaluate upcoming promotional campaigns, incorporating the impact into demand forecasts* Market Share & Competitive Analysis**:** Understand external market trends and competitor positioning to inform forecasting strategies* Financial Risk & Opportunity Assessment: Identify financial risks and growth opportunities, ensuring targets are met through data-driven decision-making* Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts or excess inventory* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, finance, and sales teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives and market dynamics* Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide reports detailing forecast accuracy, sales performance relative to targets, and promotional impact to senior leadership; continuously refine forecasting methods.* Technology & Automation: Utilize forecasting software and AI-driven tools to improve prediction accuracy and efficiency.* Strategic Planning & MP Process Management (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual/Mid-Term):
+ Lead market-back strategic planning and annual management plan development process via collecting and synthesizing key market trends, business requirements, and strategic priorities across key business units and functions, to provide a consolidated view of the market, business targets, and key execution strategies
+ Manage annual/quarterly strategic plans and management KPIs
+ Create and formulate a clear and succinct narrative and quantitative analysis of the market landscape, competitive and customer analysis, and how Samsung should position and navigate the changing market conditions and challenges to achieve the business goals and objectives
+ Communicate, collaborate, and project manage key cross-functional initiatives.
+ Iterate realignment, reinforcement of the key objectives, goals, and strategy based on changes in the market dynamics and business situation in real time* Strategic Initiatives and Tasks Management
+ Track and manage various strategic initiatives, key tasks, and requests in a systematic manner (strategic Initiatives and tasks may come from Strategic Planning reviews, Top Management meetings, team workshops, etc.)
+ Collaborate across cross-functional Samsung teams to track down key tasks and activities and provide periodic and ad hoc updates on the progress.
+ Organize and provide progress visibility to key stakeholders proactively* Cross-functional Project / Process Management:
+ Lead coordination and operation of cross-functional initiatives and projects to address specific business needs (e.g., Upgrade and Switching Innovation workshop)
+ Develop key narratives and build project plans to organize, track, and manage the projects throughout the year
+ Conduct post-mortems to enhance the project outcome in the future* Strategic Business Operations:
+ Lead the development of weekly integrated operations reports that create a clear analysis and narrative of how the Mobile division performs across sales, marketing, SCM, financial, and operational views, and also provides critical market/competitive insights that inform the organization for strategic changes.
+ Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings (WBR/MBR/QBR) to address key business and operational issues and resolve business decisions.
+ Lead top executive management workshops and business reviews to continue alignment of key business priorities and strategies.
+ Manage, coordinate, and communicate division-wide KPI’s and MBOs with key executive stakeholders.
