Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site) Cox Farms is looking for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Cox Farms Leadership Team. This Atlanta-based role provides critical administrative and operational support to ensure the team’s effectiveness and alignment across a fast-paced, growing business. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders—including the Chief People Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Commercial Officer—to manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, handle communications, and support special projects that keep the organization running smoothly. Key Responsibilities · Provide proactive administrative support to senior leaders, exercising strong judgment and confidentiality. · Manage complex and shifting calendars across multiple leaders, coordinating priorities, meetings, and logistics in Microsoft Outlook. · Coordinate meeting logistics in partnership with Senior Executive Assistants and support staff—helping ensure leadership meetings, offsites, and farm visits run smoothly. · Coordinate travel arrangements (air, hotel, ground) and detailed itineraries. · Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and professionalism. · Track expenses and process invoices using internal systems. · Assist with cross-functional initiatives and follow-up activities, ensuring alignment and timely execution. · Serve as a communication hub—screening and prioritizing requests, directing inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships across teams. · Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity. · Maintain and organize records, documents, and data to ensure timely access and reliable information management. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: · High School Diploma/GED and eight (8) years of experience or an advanced degree with six (6) years of experience or ten (10) years of relevant experience without a degree. · Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. · Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. · Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. · Experience supporting multiple leaders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. · Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA five (5) days per week. Preferred: · Experience with Oracle Financials, Concur, and/or Visio. · Prior experience supporting senior executives in a large or matrixed organization. · Strong sense of initiative, judgment, and adaptability.
