Warehouse Coordinator

Responsible for daily shipping, receiving, and general upkeep of warehouse and office. Keep warehouse organized and free of safety violations. Make WC Warehouse Manager aware of aging product to determine an action plan for it. Receive, label, and verify accuracy and completeness of incoming shipments. Send out daily department specific email with corresponding packing slips. Also, notify individual that requested materials when possible. Process packing slips and send to purchasing. If unsure of job information contact purchasing for assistance. Report any backorders to purchasing immediately upon receiving shipments. Receive new tools as they come in and coordinate tool tracking information with Tool Room Coordinator. Responsible for tool transfer documentation and emailing documentation daily. Perform stock pulls or inventory transfers for all inventory items that are taken from the warehouse. Stock pulls should be emailed into purchasing daily. Check stock weekly and submit requisitions to purchasing for ordering. Responsible for making sure inventory is accurate and stock is available. Responsible for restocking janitorial supplies in the office as well as ordering and maintaining stock of janitorial supplies. All job specific warehouse materials and/or equipment shall have a location designation so that a PM, or superintendent can easily locate items. Stage and pack equipment for upcoming jobs by priority. Continually keep warehouse organized and reorganize as necessary to accommodate new stock items. Keep the warehouse clear of obstructions and tripping hazards. Report all warehouse protocol violations to manager immediately. Monitor building maintenance services to ensure contracted services are being completed. Report any building maintenance or building safety concerns to site manager immediately. Cross train in all aspects of warehouse to qualify as a backup as needed. Assist in Tampa warehouse operations as directed. Assist in light building maintenance as necessary. Some delivery driving may be required. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Qualifications
Must possess 3 years of warehouse experience in the coordination and organization of inventoried materials preferably in a commercial construction setting. Good communication and organizational skills. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Products. Valid Florida Driver's License. This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials, tools, or equipment. Manual material handling must be performed in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company policies to minimize risk of injury.
