THE JOB As a Casino Marketing VIP Suite Coordinator, you’ll support the daily operations of the department with a focus on suite reservations, guest coordination, and interdepartmental collaboration. By managing these key functions, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and supporting the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE $24.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY

Assists in the daily operations of the Casino VIP Services Office, Direct Marketing, Casino Host Desk, and National Marketing.

Coordinates group and event reservations, including reservation processing, coding, and pre-arrival suite blocking.

Manages suite allocation requests from internal departments, using awareness of upcoming events, holidays, and concerts to make informed booking decisions.

Reviews daily suite usage, Hakkasan, Wet Republic, Skylofts, the Mansions, and other VIP accommodations, to ensure efficient booking, maximize revenue, and minimize loss.

Create, maintain, and distribute suite reports on a regular basis to various Executives.

Coordinates and attends suite committee meetings with Casino Marketing Executives, implementing necessary updates promptly and efficiently.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

High School Diploma, or GED.

2+ Years of prior relevant experience in Casino Marketing or VIP Services.
