One Ocean Resort & Spa is undergoing an exciting transformation as it evolves into Dune House, debuting in Spring 2026. Located on the pristine shores of Atlantic Beach, the resort is being completely reimagined with elevated guest experiences, refreshed design, and a bold new brand identity. As part of this relaunch, we’re focused on driving revenue through innovative food and beverage strategies, impactful partnerships, and targeted marketing initiatives across both leisure and group segments.

The Marketing Manager serves as the hands‑on driver of daily marketing execution and F&B sales for the property, translating brand strategy into compelling content, campaigns, and revenue‑generating activations. Oversees day‑to‑day digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and private dining sales while supporting the Director of Marketing in executing experiential programming and brand initiatives. This role balances tactical digital marketing execution with proactive F&B event sales, requiring a hybrid marketing/sales professional who thrives moving between creating social content, closing private dining bookings, and executing on‑property activations. The ideal candidate demonstrates passion for hospitality and F&B with the ability to execute strategically across digital channels, sales pipeline management, content production, and experiential marketing.

Execute daily digital marketing initiatives across all channels including social media, email campaigns, website updates, and third‑party platforms

Manage online presence and social media channels, including content creation, posting, community engagement, and responses across all platforms and third‑party sites, ensuring unique and engaging storytelling that aligns with the brand.

Own the rolling 90‑day content calendar for property and F&B outlets that drives covers, bookings, private dining leads, and programming awareness

Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile, Yelp, Resy/OpenTable/Tock listings, TripAdvisor, and other platforms with current information, menus, photos, and review responses

Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media comments in brand voice

Collaborate with Director of Marketing and agencies on website updates, landing pages, SEO optimization, and campaign tracking

Prospect, respond to inquiries, and close private dining bookings, partial/full buyouts, and special events with clear monthly revenue goals

Manage F&B sales pipeline from initial inquiry through post‑event follow‑up; maintain inquiry log, contracts, deposits, and pace reports

Conduct site visits, create proposals, and present F&B capabilities to potential clients; detail event logistics including BEOs, menu selections, and timelines

Upsell event enhancements including bar packages, chef experiences, and décor while protecting margins and guest experience

Build repeat private dining business through strategic follow‑up and relationship management with past clients

Design marketing materials including flyers, menu inserts, table tents, digital ads, email templates, and promotional collateral using Adobe Creative Suite

Support Director of Marketing in planning and executing experiential activations, pop‑ups, chef collaborations, and branded events

Attend property activations and events to capture content, support guest experience, and troubleshoot real‑time issues

Design email templates, write compelling copy, schedule campaigns, and track performance metrics to optimize future sends

Align marketing calendars with operations, sales, and culinary teams to ensure campaigns and events are properly resourced and staffed

Provide weekly reporting on social media performance, digital campaign metrics, private dining pipeline, F&B sales pace, and marketing KPIs by utilizing Google Analytics

Maintain organized files including BEOs, contracts, content calendars, asset libraries, campaign documentation, and vendor information

Monitor marketing budget spend and provide monthly reconciliation to Director of Marketing/Director of F&B

Stay current on social media platform updates, digital marketing trends, F&B sales best practices, and hospitality marketing innovations

Education & Formal Training A four‑year college degree or equivalent education/experience

Experience Required to have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a marketing position. Digital and hospitality experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing including social media management, email marketing, content creation, and paid media execution

Working knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, Canva, and website optimization

Proficiency with social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards

Experience with reservation and event management platforms including Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms, or similar systems

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva for graphic design and content creation

Sales experience with ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close F&B events and private dining opportunities

Understanding of event planning, BEO creation, menu detailing, and client relationship management

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneously in fast‑paced environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships across all organizational levels

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

Flexible and adaptable with willingness to work non‑traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands

Passionate about hospitality, food & beverage culture, and creating memorable guest experiences

Deep curiosity about culinary trends, social media culture, digital marketing innovation, and local market dynamics
