Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr

Role Summary Assist individuals and their families achieve financial security by:

Helping prospects and Members analyze their financial needs and goals, recommending appropriate insurance and other financial products to meet those needs and providing quality service while building a network of referrals.

Informing Members of our fraternal benefits.

Promoting volunteer involvement in their local Catholic United Financial Council and Parish Volunteer Teams.

Through the sales and service of our full suite of products, meet or exceed minimum prospecting and sales activity to attain production goals as established in collaboration with your management team. Responsibilities

Meet or exceed minimum production levels by executing sufficient prospecting activities, conducting in-person sales calls, servicing existing Members, and conducting effective marketing activities.

Contact prospective clients and explain features and benefits of policies offered, recommending amount and type of coverage based on an analysis of prospect's circumstances.

Compile lists of prospective clients to provide leads for additional business.

Call on Members to deliver and explain policy, to suggest additions or changes in insurance program, or to make changes in beneficiaries.

Calculate and quote premium rates for recommended policies using provided, company sponsored illustration quoting software.

Collect initial premiums and provides prompt accounting of all monies received and transferred to the Association.

Maintain timely records of activity and production using Contact Management software as required.

Develop and maintain professional competence by following the prescribed program of sales skills training, basic, intermediate and advanced education, and continuing education - LUTC, FICF, CLU, CHFC, etc.

Successfully complete the FIC Study Program and other self-study, correspondence or classroom courses recommended by Trusted Fraternal Life within 18 months of appointment unless otherwise prearranged with your management team.

Cooperate with the fraternal Member Engagement department and home office in all matters pertaining to the fraternal aspect of the Association's operations.

Join such fraternal organizations and attend such fraternal meetings as are recommended by the home office (i.e., NAFIC, MN-FIC)

Keep continuous contact with members, officers of local councils, officers and employees of Trusted Fraternal Life and its various brands, members of the Catholic community and individuals in the general and business community throughout the assigned territory.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is desirable

Excellent communication and conversation skills required

Valid Driver’s License

Valid Life Insurance Producer License in the state(s) in which Members are located

Public speaking skills required

Community leadership and Parish participation experience is desirable
