We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Senior Technology Recruiters to support our talent acquisition efforts for a rapidly expanding division within Solomon Page. This role is responsible for delivering full recruitment lifecycle across various modern technology disciplines, partnering with Business Development and Client hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and delivering high‑quality candidates in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring quality technology talent while ensuring a positive candidate hiring experience in a non‑VMS environment. Direct clients and customized hiring programs.
Responsibilities
Build deep‑rooted relationships with candidates. Direct hire approach, candidate control and understanding the ins and outs of candidate drivers and compensation.
Partner with division heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, conduct intake calls and build effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates.
Use various channels (LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals) to identify and attract top technology talent.
Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the ATS (Bull Horn) with accurate candidate and job data.
Collaborate with team members to improve employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to leadership.
Stay informed on trends, tools, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of recruiting experience.
Proven experience hiring for a range of technical roles.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
