The Territory Manager position manages the Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) Electric Utility business in the Pacific Northwest territory. The role requires deep knowledge of HPS products, ability to plan and track opportunities, and grow the HPS relationship/position across the Pacific Northwest region. Candidates must reside within the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, Western MT). A Day In The Life
Develop functional knowledge of HPS organization, BU’s and product lines, and manage relationships at all customer levels. Achieve overall sales quota while driving Hubbell Power Systems market share growth. Effectively manage business relationships with end user accounts. Assist Regional VP sales in territory planning, forecasting and strategic growth strategy development. Maximize product approvals across all product lines. Develop and execute short-term and long-term market share growth plans. Analyze market to identify new business opportunities. Drive end-user preference for Hubbell products. What will help you thrive in this role?
BS Degree in Engineering or Business highly preferred. Strong communication skills, self-confidence, authority, enthusiasm, and technology proficiency for sales performance improvement. Prioritize tasks to devote appropriate time to strategic areas. Strong managerial vision for territory growth, effective sales activity management, and collaboration with internal departments to drive results. Above average presentation, strong written and oral English skills, 5-10 years of utility industry experience. Must live in the Pacific Northwest Region (WA, OR, ID, Western MT). Physical Requirements
