Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant supports Precision’s C-suite executives by managing complex schedules, coordinating communications and events, and providing confidential, high-level administrative support.
Day in the Life
Manage executive communications
by prioritizing emails, calls, and correspondence, coordinating calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
Draft, proofread, and edit documents , reports, and correspondence; conduct research to support executive decisions
Act as liaison
between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow and professional interactions
Maintain confidentiality
and manage records, mail, and filing systems with accuracy and discretion
Support special projects
and adapt to evolving business needs with initiative, professionalism, and continuous learning
What We Need From You
Professional and personable demeanor
with strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to remain composed under pressure
Highly organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in event planning
and experienced in handling confidential information in corporate settings
Post-secondary education or Executive Assistant diploma
with 3–7 years of C-suite support experience; oil and gas experience is an asset
