Responsibilities

Support Procurement and Contracting (P&C) in assisting program managers regarding agile acquisition and contracting.

Apply strong working knowledge of National and NATO-specific acquisition policy and regulation with experience managing cross-functional teams in the delivery of acquisition and contract strategy.

Provide direct support to senior contracting officers in the development of various contracts to include Level of Effort and Deliverables based contracts.

Additional tasking within the specified expertise area may be assigned as part of the position.

Qualifications

Knowledgeable about NATO-specific acquisition publications, regulations, and requirements documents with 3+ years of experience.

Understanding of Agile practices and able to translate and creatively utilize its methods in the NATO domain.

Experience with managing acquisition and contract strategy with 3+ years of experience.

Experience working closely with a cross-functional team.

Able to facilitate meetings and ensure expected outcome is met.

Able to break down complex problems into small measurable parts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet the audience.

Able to promote modern technologies to inspire teams to achieve creative compliance with the NATO Acquisition Process.

Experience with modern software technologies and cloud-based infrastructure.

Bachelor's degree with at least 24 hours in business or management related field or DAWIA/DAU Contracting or Acquisition Certification.

Active National or NATO Secret Clearance.

Fluent in English.

Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.
