What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Monitor requisitions within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and conduct screening and interviews for candidates

Utilize various dashboards and resume searches to source and interview applicants

Create detailed profiles of hiring needs across different market locations

Assist in addressing recruitment challenges in difficult markets throughout the U.S.

Provide management with recommendations for recruitment improvements based on analytical findings

What is Required (Qualifications):

Associate's Degree or 2 years of progressively responsible, related experience desired; equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may be considered

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and writing skills, along with planning and project management capabilities

Proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively

Demonstrated track record in designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies

Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in recruitment within the security services industry

Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Previous background in handling sensitive and confidential information
