Territory Manager (Phoenix)
MicroTransponder is seeking a Territory Manager to drive commercial success of Vivistim® Paired VNS™ System in the Phoenix region.
About MicroTransponder MicroTransponder, Inc. develops the FDA‑approved Vivistim® Paired VNS™ System for stroke rehabilitation, pairing vagus nerve stimulation with therapy to improve upper limb function in stroke survivors.
Role Overview As a Territory Manager, you will build relationships with healthcare providers, stroke rehabilitation centers, and hospital systems, promote product adoption, support education, and collaborate with clinical teams to identify candidates and facilitate therapy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Launch Vivistim® Paired-VNS™ System to PM&R, Neurosurgery, PT specialties within hospitals, rehab centers, and ASCs.
Develop and execute account plans for key physicians and accounts, achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales and adoption goals.
Maintain detailed forecasting, product presentations, and market intelligence to inform leadership.
Collaborate with marketing to drive patient and account adoption, lead closing of strategic opportunities.
Represent company with full professional integrity and maintain ethical standards.
Travel locally up to 25%, with occasional national market events.
Qualifications
B.A./B.S. in life sciences, business, nursing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years documented sales experience with results.
Experience selling directly to PM&R/Physiatry, Neurosurgery, Interventional Pain, PT communities.
Strong communication, strategic planning, territory management skills.
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM.
Ability to work autonomously and influence decision makers in large organizations.
Preferred Experience
Launch or drive adoption of breakthrough medical technology.
Rehabilitation experience related to stroke recovery.
Experience with implantable neuromodulation devices.
Start‑up culture background.
Cross‑matrix collaboration skills.

Benefits Competitive base salary of $150,000 plus commission, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO, 15 paid holidays.
Compensation $150,000 base salary plus commission.
