Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Lead all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, trial preparation, settlement, and appeal.

Conduct detailed investigations and gather evidence relevant to commercial real estate disputes.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and related legal documents.

Represent clients in court and before regulatory bodies, delivering persuasive arguments and presentations.

Negotiate settlements that protect client interests and minimize risk.

Advise stakeholders on legal implications of business decisions and strategies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and thoughtful service.

Stay current on developments in commercial litigation and real estate law.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with trial and hearing experience.

Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar (or eligibility for admission).

Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Proven ability to manage complex cases independently and collaboratively.

High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in legal research platforms and litigation tools.
