Director & Co-Founder – Gresham Hunt Group is supporting an elite boutique REPE firm that is looking to bring in a Senior Associate to join their Acquisitions & Asset Management team based in Irvine, California.

Responsibilities:

• Lead market and financial underwriting to evaluate new equity and debt investment opportunities across all major real estate sectors for the client
• Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel and ARGUS
• Drive forward components of the due diligence and transaction process; screen potential acquisition opportunities
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Interface directly with operating partners and other deal participants
• Take ownership of asset management responsibilities for select investments
• Support syndication efforts, including preparation of investor‑ready materials
• Collaborate with senior team members on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of Real Estate Investment experience from Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Investment Management background
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with demonstrable stakeholder management
• Ideally have experience coming from an acquisitions/investments or debt/credit background
• Ambitious, inquisitive & a self‑starter that doesn’t need their hand held
• Strong technical skillset with commercial aptitude
