Your role is pivotal in guiding teams through the Lean-Agile transformation journey, ensuring they adopt best practices that foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will empower teams to embrace Agile methodologies, leverage cloud computing solutions, and optimize project management processes to deliver exceptional results.
Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished IT Program Manager, Expert to lead and manage multiple programs across IT. This executive role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in delivering complex projects within defined timelines, budgets, and scope. You are adept in managing stakeholder expectations, fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration, and driven by a passion for innovative problem‑solving.
What You Ll Do
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to instill Lean-Agile principles across all levels of the organization.
Good Experience in Executive Coach and guided executive leadership and cross-functional organizations in various IT Department
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify areas for improvement in software development and project management methodologies.
Mentor teams in Agile frameworks such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Kanban, and Scrum to enhance productivity and quality.
Lead the implementation of project management software tools like Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and VersionOne to streamline workflows.
Conduct regular assessments of team performance and provide actionable feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Support requirements gathering and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices.
Foster a culture of collaboration by promoting effective communication skills and organizational skills within teams.
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience in Lean-Agile coaching or transformation roles within enterprise software environments.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies including PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) and Waterfall approaches.
Proficiency in SQL, Oracle databases, and IT infrastructure concepts.
Excellent analysis skills with a focus on requirements gathering and test case development.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a knack for negotiation and conflict resolution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
