Base Pay Range $101,000.00/yr - $102,000.00/yr

Job Summary Reporting to the CFO, the FP&A Lead will play a critical part in delivering financial insights, supporting strategic decision‑making, and ensuring strong financial discipline across our multi‑location operations. The FP&A Lead will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with strong analytical skills, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to partner with leadership across the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts across all locations and business units.

Collaborate with business leaders to align financial targets with operational goals.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with analysis of revenue, margins, expenses, and cash flow.

Deliver variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance vs. plan, forecast, and prior year.

Track and analyze KPIs relevant to retail/home improvement operations.

Partner with location managers and department heads to provide financial insights that improve operational performance.

Support leadership with ad‑hoc analysis on strategic initiatives.

Build and maintain financial models to support decision support.

Provide data‑driven recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and growth.

Compensation Salary plus potential monthly incentive.

Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm in office.

Requirements Required Skills & Abilities

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in financial planning tools.

Excellent understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.

Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non‑financial stakeholders.

Strong communication and presentation skills; able to partner effectively with executives and location managers.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.

4–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting, ideally in a multi‑location retail, consumer, or home improvement business.
