TikTok Shop - Product Marketing Manager, Category Solutions We’re looking for a passionate, results‑driven product marketing leader who will shape the future of TikTok’s e‑commerce ecosystem and drive adoption across a global, rapidly growing marketplace.

Responsibilities

Navigate ambiguity, craft messaging, and influence GTM strategy as a GTM leader.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Partners, UX, Research, and Sales to launch new product suites in the US.

Drive go‑to‑market strategies – targeting, segmentation, positioning, value propositions, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets – across the seller journey to convert, grow, and retain sellers.

Partner with marketing teams to ensure the product suite is on‑message and maximized across each channel.

Develop and implement data‑driven lifecycle marketing strategies to promote product growth and retention, track performance, and improve through continuous testing.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the product, support sellers with white‑glove product support, build roadmaps, run enablement sessions, and participate in QA testing.

Voice of the customer – manage input and feedback from end users, merchants, creators, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum: 3+ years in product marketing, growth or lifecycle marketing in e‑commerce or social commerce.

Experience with e‑commerce categories (beauty, fashion, etc.) and working with product management, analytics, and design.

Hands‑on growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in‑product, content marketing and other owned channels.

Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing, and analytical tools.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA, computer science, etc.), industry knowledge of e‑commerce, B2B marketing experience, background in marketing asset design.
