About the Role
Product Marketing Manager
– Drive the marketing strategy and execution for our ONESOURCE Pagero and e-invoicing solutions in the US. Lead growth, increase product awareness, foster adoption, and accelerate revenue growth by developing compelling value propositions, executing go‑to‑market plans, enabling sales, and managing product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling value propositions, market‑facing messaging, and core narratives that differentiate the ONESOURCE Pagero portfolio. Support tax workflow from Indirect Tax to e‑invoicing and reconciliation.
Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute GTM strategies for launches, major releases, and portfolio growth. Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
Sales & Channel Enablement: Create sales tools, playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, and demos to empower partners.
Market & Customer Insights: Conduct research, competitive analysis, and interviews; serve as Trust Tax Liaison for enablement and present at advisory boards.
Product Marketing Programs & Content: Execute programs, messaging, and assets to generate awareness and leads.
Product Lifecycle Management: Own customer migration and end‑of‑life activities for Pagero solutions.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, Enablement, Strategy, and external stakeholders for integrated execution.
Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and optimize initiatives and provide data‑driven recommendations.
About You Proactive, data‑driven, highly organized product marketer skilled at translating technical solutions into business value.
Required Experience & Skills
3+ years in product or strategic marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, tax, financial services, or platform tech.
Experience managing a portfolio, crafting value propositions, and launching products.
Strong sales enablement skills – battlecards, decks, scripts.
Lifecycle management – customer migration and end‑of‑life.
Market research, competitive analysis, and turning insights into strategy.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex concepts.
Project management, organization, and cross‑functional influence.
Data‑driven decision making and continuous improvement mindset.
Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Benefits & Compensation Base pay:
$72,100 – $133,900 (US locations) or $83,090 – $154,310 (New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, VA, DC). An annual bonus may be provided.
