About the role
A global investment firm is hiring a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. You'll support several different business units as a member of the management company finance team, and own core planning, reporting, and analysis.
What you do
Lead the annual budget; manage monthly reporting and quarterly forecasts.
Build multi-year financial plans and incorporate real-time business changes.
Partner with compensation and corporate finance/accounting.
Record entries to align tax-basis P&L to management-basis P&L.
Deliver ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior leaders.
Act as the FP&A point for credit and insurance teams; coordinate with their finance leads.
What you bring
5+ years in accounting (public or private) and/or FP&A; 1+ year leading workstreams.
Organized, detail-focused, sound judgment; comfortable juggling priorities.
Clear communication and strong cross-functional partnering.
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related.
Compensation & benefits Competitive package consisting of base salary, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits with a strong retirement contribution.
Work model Hybrid (Boston).
