This role is onsite 5 days a week split between two locations: Cambridge and Fenway. You will be providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 frontline support as well as server and network administration. The company is an investment firm that supports stealth start‑ups launching to public companies. Expect to be dressed in business casual, be punctual, and onsite 5 days a week. 2+ Years of Experience in a Systems Support Role (IT Focused) Jamf/Intune Tier 1 & Tier 2 Desktop Support White Glove Support Experience Windows Server Administration Experience Cisco Routers & Switches Meraki Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelors in Information Technology or similar field of study Experience working for an Investment Company What You Will Be Doing
