Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $85K–$110K Konik is partnering with a high‑end residential and multi‑family design‑build contractor to add a Construction Project Manager to their Minneapolis‑based team. This client‑facing role focuses on bringing custom homes and multi‑family projects to life through strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout all project phases Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal design/construction teams Oversee site progress, quality, and safety standards Resolve project issues proactively and maintain clear documentation Provide consistent project updates to clients and internal stakeholders Qualifications
3+ years of residential or multi‑family construction project management experience Proven success leading projects from design through completion Strong client communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Solid understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and industry standards Technical Skills
Proficient in Buildertrend, Procore, or similar construction management platforms Proficient in Bluebeam Revu, PlanGrid, or similar project coordination tools Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word Salary and Benefits
