Our client, an industry leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department, supporting teams focused on maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Rate:
$55 per hour
What's the Job?
Utilize various inspection techniques such as visual, dimensional, and paperwork inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and industry standards.
Verify the completion of assigned tasks and adherence to work instructions and the Quality Management System (QMS).
Generate non‑conforming reports, detailing failures and measurements as required.
Process parts through the Material Review Board, ensuring proper identification and traceability.
Collaborate with Inventory and Shipping teams to address any missed parts and maintain accurate records.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a quality inspector for structures or electronic components, with a focus on aerospace or high‑volume industries such as automotive or medical devices.
IPC 620 trained, with familiarity in IPC 610 soldering standards being desirable.
Experience in conducting root cause analysis for failures and identifying corrective actions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members.
Ability to demonstrate ownership of goals and problem‑solving capabilities in a fast‑paced environment.
